The differnd but personal Resume

Hi my name are Carlo Lippold, born in 1983 in the east part of Germany. My parent’s unfortunally moved quiet a lot so through that I see quiet a lot of Germany. However this also was a reason to leave my Home at young age (15y) and start my Education as Skilled gardener. It was not my passion but some I can build up on, as well get some stability. After I succeed with my education I had a hard time to find a Job, because I had not done Military services yet, so no one in Germany will hire you. Than suddenly I got offered a Job in public Relations for an Organization I well know, an Organization that we had quite often in house because my Brother needed regularly there medical attention. After view years I reached the Max possible grow to Region lead, did HR assist, even did Inventory for Work-related materials. In 2006 I decided It`s time for some new, bit more challenging so I quit my Job and applied international. It took not that long and the first offers come in my first Job in the Netherlands was even related to my Education, I worked view months as Service Engineer Greenhouse. Since the Housing situation was not Ideal some friends offered me to help, there lived in this time in South Limburg (NL) and offer me some living space. There also helped me to get my new Job and explained the way of working to me. I worked the next years mostly on short project for Agency and differed International clients, I can say I enjoyed the most of them since I not have a clear way to go yet. So I took ever think that was in some way Technical related, I also learned lot differed ways of working, that was actually very interesting to see since some of the processes actually where very similar. After the finical crisis in 2008 it was getting more difficult in this sector especially since I never was official Educated, and there were enough workers that have those qualification. So I decided to open My own Firm (Web shop) to get some additional income, I not lost money but since my Focus where at this point B2B, and I actually gained more B2C customers I decided in 2010 to shut it down. In 2010 I got offered a Job within Logistics on base of my Database knowledge, I serious enjoyed my time in that particular Company. However there are always situation where you need make choices, I did my poorest choice there ever. I quiet because I just got Burned out at certain point, afterwards I realized it was very poor chosen I should go talk first.  The next 12 months I had very difficult Time again hard to find a Job. After view short projects I landed in another 3PL organization were I enjoyed my time serious, so many good people I worked with, a Supervisor who challenged me to get best results, as well give me the opportunities to help Improve processes actively. Here I was allowed to work on 3 different projects, one of them I Run completely by myself in cooperation with various involved parties like Customs, CS, Planning, SV Transport and most important Security. I redefined the whole Procedure to create same way of Working, and write all related Work instruction related to this process. Something I serious enjoyed.

Now I again looking for a new project, preferred within Logistics and Supply-chain. If possible I would love to stick longer with a Client and do multiple projects. Process Improvement and procedures is a passion grow over time. And it was needed too, since I mostly worked on shorter projects you need to be a Self-starter, you need to be able to find patterns in order to let Run processes smoothly.
